Jarrett Saunders
Founder, Senior Consultant
Jarrett Saunders graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Specializing on Ceridian Dayforce, he has provided end-to-end support for implementations and post live, including but not limited to, strategic planning to ensure project is successful, requirements gathering, provide solutions for complex business requirements, coordinate and execute configuration and testing, identify gaps in setup to enhance customers’ experience, provide best practices for org changes after Go Live, and provide training on best practice usability. He has experience in the following modules in Dayforce: HR, WFM (Workforce Management), Entitlements, Performance, Payroll, Benefit Administration, Import, Exports, Document Management, Onboarding, and Reporting.
Jarrett is certificated in Dayforce Workforce Management, Payroll, and Benefits Administration since 2017.
He has provided services to customers varying in size and industry, including enterprise hospitals, hotels, universities, telecommunications, manufacturing, and holding companies. As well as mid-market and small businesses.
Jarrett is the founder/owner of Saunders HCM Consulting since 2015.Â
